Introduction
This is a variation of the classic Tandoori chicken from India. This is a variation of the classic Tandoori chicken from India.Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

Chicken Marinade Ingredients:
-Perdue chicken breast, natural (entire package)
-3 tablespoons of Tandori Chicken Masala spice (can be found at Indian grocery store or various markets)
-1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
-1 tablespoon of olive oil, extra virgin
-1.2 cup or 4 ounces of Greek Yogurt
Yogurt sauce Ingredients:
-1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt
-1/2 cucumber, peeled grated and drained
-1 glove of garlic, crushed
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
Directions
Prepare Yogurt Sauce:
1. peel, slice, grate and drain 1/2 large cucumber
2. crush the garlic clove
3. add the above in a bowl, and mix into 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, stir in salt and pepper (to taste) and tablespoon of cayenne pepper.
4. Cover, chill and keep in the refrigerator
Chicken marinade:
1. Dice the chicken into bite size pieces,
2. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl
3. Add chicken into marinade, stir and pour all into freezer bag
4. Place in refrigerator for 4-8 hours.
Procedure:
1. You can either grill on skewers or fry the chicken on stove top: 20-25 minutes cook time.
Serving suggestions: with rice, over veggies, or with Naan bread (not included in calorie calculations)
