Ingredients

    1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
    3 slices swiss cheese
    3 slices deli sliced ham
    1 can cream of chicken soup, 98% fat free

Directions

Place chicken breasts in pan. Cut ham slices in half and layer on top of chicken. Cut cheese slices in half and layer on top of ham. Pour cream of chicken soup over chicken breasts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 4-oz pieces of chicken

    I'm glad you liked it! It was actually taken from a crock pot cookbook. In addition to the recipe posted, you added prepared stuffing and let it cook for 6-8 hours. I don't have that much time! So I adapted and swapped the dressing for a baked potato. I was pretty impressed myself!
