    1 lb. lean ground beef
    23 oz. V-8 vegetable juice
    1-30 1/2 oz. can Brook's quick chili mix
    Chili powder
    chopped onion


Brown ground beef with chopped onion till done and drain well. In large pot or crockpot add remaining ingredients. Add hamburger mixture. Let simmer for one hour in pot or on low in crockpot for 4 hours to blend the flavors.
