Introduction

Ingredients

    2 slices good quality wheat bread
    1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries thawed and drained
    4 t balsamic vinegar
    3 t Dijon mustard
    1 t Worcestershire sauce
    3 cloves garlic,
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb lean ground beef

Directions

Tear bread into pieces, place in food processor and process until fine crumbs. Remove and set aside. Place blueberries, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper in food processor and process until mixed. Add hamburger and crumbs to mix (or mix by hand). shape and grill or broil. Very moist! You could also add some flax seed in with the bread to make them even healthier.
