Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cups dried Pinto Beans
    1 Lb Ham Diced
    1 Cup Minuite Rice
    aprox 1/2 bottle KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce
    Water

Directions

Rinse and sort the beans, cook until almost soft. Add the diced ham, cook until beans are soft. Simmer until almost ready to serve. About 10 min before ready to serve, add rice and BBQ sauce.

Serving Size: makes aprox. 8 2-Cup servings
