Ingredients

    two big crowns of brocoli heads
    1 cup finely chopped kale
    half small onion
    six TBS Marzettis lite slaw dressing
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds or any nuts chopped
    1/4 cup dried fruit chopped


Directions

Mix all ingredients with dressing. Let sit for a few hours to bring out flavor. Yum!
