Here is a easy basic recipe for egg salad on toast which is my favorite sandwich. Here is a easy basic recipe for egg salad on toast which is my favorite sandwich.

Ingredients

    1 hardboiled egg, large
    1 tsp Hellman's Light mayonnaise
    2 slices Nickles 35 White Light Bread
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Make a hardboiled egg and then chop up the egg in a small bowl. Add mayo and seasoning and mix well. Toast your 2 slices of bread and then spread egg salad on one slice, top with the other slice, cut in two and eat.

Serving Size: 1 sandwich

    Very Good
    Finely diced celery and scallion and peppers (green and red) for crunch and color. Sprinkle paprika on top. Good basic recipe - 3/24/21
