Ingredients

6 oz uncooked whole wheat spaghetti pasta
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
    2/3 cup sour cream
    1 Tbsp butter
    1 lb ground turkey
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    3/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/3 cup chopped onions
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp dried oregano
    4 oz mozzarella cheese

Generously butter pie plate, 9X1/1/2 inches. Break spaghetti into halves. Cook in boiling water until tender; drain. Mix eggs, Parmesan cheese and warm spaghetti pasta. Pour into pie plate. Pat in bottom and up sides of pie plate with back of spoon. Spread sour cream over bottom.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat remaining butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until melted. Crumble turkey into skillet; stir in green pepper and onion. Cook until turkey is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic powder and oregano. Simmer 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Spoon turkey mixture over sour cream. Bake 25 minutes. Arrange Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake until cheese is melted.
