Ingredients

    brown rice cooked 3 cups
    2 eggs whites
    2 medium carrots dices
    small onion
    1/4 cup canola oil
    soy sauce 2 tbsp

Directions

cook rice per directions on package
dice onion and carrots cook in skittle with canola oil until tender. Add egg whites stir then add rice and soy sauce. Simmer for less than 5 minutes and serve.

Serving Size: makes 4-5 cup servings size 1/2 cup
