Ingredients

    9 Oz of Cooked Chicken, cut into small cubes
    3 Stalks of Celery, chopped
    1/2 Cup of seedless grapes, sliced in quarters
    1/4 Cup of Pistachios, roughly chopped
    4 Tbls of Helmans Lite Mayo
    1/4 tsp of salt
    1/4 tsp of freshly ground pepper

Directions

Combine chichen, celery, grapes, pistachios, mayo, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir to coat and refrigerate until ready to serve.
