This is an amazing and filling smoothie! Don't let the spinach or the color throw you off, you can taste a hint of it but the cocoa really masks the flavor. Ingredients

    3 oz. Lowfat cottage Cheese (1%)
    5 oz. frozen unsweetened strawberries
    3 oz. spinach
    1 T. unsweetened cocoa
    1 - 2 pkts stevia
    1 c. water

Directions

Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth. The water is approximate, you only need enough so that all the ingredients blend well.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
