Ingredients

    Orzo - uncooked, 4 ounces
    Fresh Express Spring Mix Greens 1 cup coarsly chopped
    Pine Nuts, 4 tsp toasted
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Rosemary, .5 tsp minced
    Salt, .25 tsp

Directions

Cook orzo according to package omitting salt and fat. Drain and place in medium bowl
Add remainging ingredients, tossing well
serving size about 1 cup
Serve with Cicken with tomatoes, basil and feta
