Introduction

It's from the Biggest Loser's Family Cookbook (Green Cover), page 124 & 125, but I made some substitutions. It's from the Biggest Loser's Family Cookbook (Green Cover), page 124 & 125, but I made some substitutions.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1 cup chopped onions
    4 slices of diced Turkey Bacon
    1 chopped and diced clove of Garlic
    2/3 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
    1/2 cup 1% Milk
    2 Large whisked Eggs
    1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/8 tsp Salt
    1/3 cup BBQ sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray loaf pan with Pam. Saute chopped onions & garlic with diced bacon. Let cool. Mix & mash with remaining ingredients except BBQ Sauce. (Can sub 3 egg whites instead) Transfer to loaf pan, shape, and top with the BBQ Sauce. Bake for 45 mins. Let sit for 10 mins, cut into 8 equal parts, 2 slices per serving. Goes great with small baked potato and corn.
