Introduction
I modified a recipe i found here on SparkRecipes so that I had exact quanities for the NI :) I modified a recipe i found here on SparkRecipes so that I had exact quanities for the NI :)Number of Servings: 3
Ingredients

6 Frigo Light String Cheese
1 egg white
1/4 C Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Cut each string cheese into half.
Place several string cheese halves into the egg white and coat.
Place coated string cheese into bread crumbs and toss to coat.
Place string cheese back into egg and re-coat
Place re-coated string cheese back into bread crumbs and re-coat
Place on lightly sprayed cookie sheet.
Back on 400 5-7 minutes or until cheese starts to get oozey.
I had three guests and we each got 4 halves (so two total string cheeses) for the NI in this recipe. Also, after using all 6 string cheese I had absolutely NO egg white or bread crumbs left so the NI here is pretty accurate! ENJOY :)
