Ingredients

    1 3/4 c skim milk
    3 eggs
    1/4 c sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/8 tsp salt

Directions

Heat milk in measuring cup 3-4 minutes in microwave.
Whisk eggs, add and whisk sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Pour and whisk in heated milk.
Pour mixture into custard cups or microwave dish.
Microwave on 50% power for 8-10 minutes, longer if watery
Remove and cool until set on counter or chill in refrigerator. Top with fruit or whipped cream if desired.


Serving Size: 1 custard cup or 1/4 cooking dish

    Very Good
    I found this recipe to be super delicious! I served it with homemade whipped cream and I served it nice and warm. Love it! I had to cook it for 7 1/2 minutes at 70% power, but all in all great job! You made my sweetie pie a very happy man!
