    1 2lbs package hash browns
    1 10oz. can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. reduced fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
    1/2 c. light sour cream
    1/2 c. butter (melted)
    1 c. Corn Flakes (crushed)


mix hash browns, soup, cheese and sour cream. salt and pepper to taste. pour into 13x9 pan. put crushed cornflakes on top and drizzle with butter. cook uncovered for 45-60 min.
