Ingredients

1/3 cup dairy free butter substitute
1 1/2 tablespoon palm sugar
1/2 cup potato starch
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder or 3/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 tablespoon xanthan gum
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoon agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*F.
In a medium bowl, cream butter substitute and palm sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix until all lumps are gone. Batter will be quite soft and sticky,
Drop dough onto greased baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving Size: Makes 8 biscuits about 2 inch in diameter.
