    6 oz skim milk
    3 tablespoons cooked brown rice
    1/2 chopped fresh broccoli
    1/8 tsp chili powder
    1 oz shredded low fat mozzarella cheese


place milk, chili powder and broccoli in a small sauce pan, heat until broccoli is tender, add 3 brown rice cook until heated through add cheese blend until cheese is melted.
