Ingredients

    1 cup white flour
    3 large eggs
    pinch of salt
    5 oz 2% milk
    5 oz water
    4 T vegetable oil or pan drippings

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Put 1 tsp of oil or drippings in each muffin hole.
Put pan in oven till oil is bubbling hot.

While oil is heating in oven,
Put flour in a bowl.
Add salt and eggs, mix together.
Add milk and water until mixture is pouring consistency.

When oil is bubbling, pull out pan and pour mixture into each hole almost to the top.
Put back in oven and cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 12 individual yorkshire pudding
