Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup chopped ham
    1 cup diced gr. peppers
    2 cloves garlic minced
    2 tbsp diced onions (or dried onions)
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 15 oz can Goya pink beans
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Heat oil in pan with garlic and onions
Add peppers and ham, cook 10 min
Stir in remaining ingredients & bring to boil
Reduce heat and simmer

Serve over rice (rice not calculated into nutritional information).
