Ingredients

~ 1 cup (125g) Green Giant Valley Selections Japanese Mix, frozen vegetables --- (If you don't have this exact brand, this has sugar snap peas, broccoli florets, carrots, water chestnuts, and yellow bell peppers, FYI!)
[Yup, put them in FROZEN!]
~ 1 can (120 g) President's Choice Solid White Albacore Tuna (low sodium), drained and broken up into chunks
~ 3/4 cup Brown Rice, long grain, cooked [Great if you make a large batch and have left-over rice in the fridge!]
~ 1 tbsp. Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce
~ Fresh-ground black pepper, to taste (((Optional, and NOT included in the tracker nutritional information!)))
Directions
1. Place the frozen Japanese vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave on HIGH for about 2 minutes.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the vegetables bowl, and mix.
3. Microwave on HIGH for about 2 minutes, stir, and microwave for another 1 minute more, remove from microwave and enjoy! But be careful, it's going to be piping HOT straight from the microwave! :)
