Ingredients

    1/3 cup of decaf espresso
    1 cup whole milk (I use raw milk from a local farm)
    1 tsp of Enjoy Life choc chips
    1 tsp xylitol

Directions

Using your espresso maker, fill it with ground espresso, and use the setting for one person, and run til you have 1/3 cup of hot espresso. Pour this into a cup and stir in xylitol for sweetness. Then take a cup of milk and add choc chips to it and steam until choc chips are melted with the milk. Pour into your coffee cup and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes one 8 oz cup
