Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts (about 12 oz)
    2 cans fat free refried beans
    1 can black beans
    2 cans whole kernal corn
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 packet hidden valley fiesta ranch dips seasoning mix
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 cans water

Directions

bake or boil chicken breasts. tear into smaller pieces when cool. add all indregients in large pot, bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes.

serve over tortilla chips or with sour cream and shredded cheddar.

makes about 20 one-cup servings
