Ingredients

    2 lb ground chuck
    1 lb pork sausage (bob evans original)
    1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp dried tomato and garlic pesto mix (tastefully simple)
    1 tsp seasoned salt (tastefully simple)
    1 1/2 cups fine bread crumbs
    1 cup ketchup
    3 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven at 350.
Mix ketchup and brown sugar and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well.
Place meat mixture in a 9x13 baking pan evenly. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until cooked through. Remove and drain off any grease from meat. Cover meatloaf with ketchup/brown sugar mixture and return to oven. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand before cutting.
