Ingredients

    *Home Brand Wholemeal Flour (1 serving 125g), 306 gram(s) (remove)
    *Brown Sugar, Packed, 32 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)

Directions


In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon), Stir in chopped nuts and chocolate chips.

Mash the bananas.

Then in a separate bowl, mix all liquids (Melted butter ,brown sugar and the eggs), then add the bananas. Stir in the vanilla.

Combine the liquid mixture with the dry ingredients, stirring together only until all ingredients are moistened. Don't use the food Mixer, use any large baking spone you have to mix.

Transfer the batter into greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.

Bake in a preheated 350°F (170-180 C) oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in a center comes out clean.
