    - 2 apples, diced
    -2 peaches, diced
    -2 pears, diced
    - 2 cups cranberries whole
    -1/2 a container motts unsweeted apple sauce (individual size (3oz))
    -stevia, powder or liquid to taste

    -1 Dixie Diner Soy Rocks Bar, crumbled (optional)
    -1/3 cup oatmeal
    -Other half of the apple sauce
    -1/4 cup crushed all bran cereal
    -stevia, powder or liquid to taste
    -1/4 tsp nutmeg
    -1/2 tsp cinnamon
    -Fat free butter spray


**preheat oven to 375f**

1. Put all the FIlling ingredients together in a round casserole dish

2. Mix all of the topping ingredients together. Put on top evenly on the fruit. Spray a bit more butter spray on the top evenly.

3. Cover & bake for 30-40mins @ 375f


Makes 6 large servings.
