Ingredients

    1 cup water
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 cups all purpose flour
    2 tsp bread machine yeast
    2 tbsp light mayonnaise
    1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
    200 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
    100 g light cream cheese
    200 g sour cream
    1 tsp chopped dill or 1/2 tsp dried

Directions

For the dough, add the water, then salt, then oil, then flour, then yeast into the pan. Set on "dough".

Preheat the oven to 500 F.
Roll out the dough. Spread with the mayonnaise, then distribute the onions evenly over the pizza base. Bake at 500 F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

While the pizza base bakes, mix the cream cheese, the sour cream and the dill.

Once the pizza is baked, place dollups of the sour cream/ cream cheese mixture onto the warm base and spread lightly. Place the sliced salmon evenly over the base. Cut and serve warm.

Makes 4 generous portions.
