A tempting yet guilt-free treat :)Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
-
* 2 boxes of fat free sugar free banana creme Jello
* 1 cup of Almondmilk Original (or regular 1% milk)
* 1 cup cold water
* 2 cups fresh starwberries (washed, sliced into quarters)
* 1 cup blackberries (washed)
* 2 packets of Sun Crystals brand stevia
* 1 tub of light Cool Whip
* 1 Keebler graham pie crust
Directions
Using a large mixing bowl, whisk together jello mix, water, and milk. Whisk until the mix is smooth and without lumps of powder, then fold in 1-2 tablespoons of whip.
In another medium bowl, stir blueberries, strawberries, and stevia (feel free to add other berries...raspberries, blueberries, or even banana!). Mix until the berries are evenly coated with sweetener.
Layer the bottom of the pie crust with 1" thick Cool Whip. Pour two thirds of the berries over the whip and then cover with the jello mix. Use enough Cool Whip to cover the top of the pie about 2" high.
Chill for about an hour in the freezer or overnight in the fridge (preferable). Top with the remaining berries and serve chilled!
Serving Size: Makes 8 slices of pie :)
