Ingredients
-
1 7oz package of fettuccine Miracle Noodles
100 grams of boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cups of spinach
2 tsp ginger root
2 tsp garlic
1.5 tbsp fresh basil
2 chiles de arbol
1.5 tbsp Braggs Amino Acids
1/3 cup chicken broth
.25 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
1. Prepare your ingredients, including the noodles according to the prep instructions on the package.
2. Boil some water in a pot (for the Miracle Noodles)
3. Over medium high heat in a 12-inch saute pan, spray the pan with the Pam and saute the sliced chicken breast.
4. Brown the outside of the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes and then add garlic, ginger and chiles. Saute everything together. Add some chicken broth to keep things from burning.
5. When the chicken is cooked through add spinach. (The broth steams the chicken and loosens up the vegetables.)
6. Add the Braggs and the remainder of the chicken broth. Saute until the spinach is wilted.
7. Toss in the noodles.
8. Mix well and serve.
