A take on Lobster Salad. Wonderful on a toasted bun, crackers or over lettuce. Fat-free plain Greek yogurt adds a richness similar to sour cream, but with added protien and no fat and very few calories. Optional: Stalk of diced celery and a bit of diced onion.
