Introduction

A take on Lobster Salad. Wonderful on a toasted bun, crackers or over lettuce. Fat-free plain Greek yogurt adds a richness similar to sour cream, but with added protien and no fat and very few calories. Optional: Stalk of diced celery and a bit of diced onion. Ingredients

    8 oz package chunk style imitation crab meat
    4 T (appx. 3 oz) plain Greek yogurt (fat free)
    3 T lowfat mayo
    1/4-1/2 t celery seed (to taste)
    Squirts of lemon juice to taste

    Optional: diced celery and onion

Directions

Roughly chop chunk style crab meat. Add rest of ingredients and mix.
