Introduction

This variation to my scramble has goat cheese added instead of the usual feta or parm This variation to my scramble has goat cheese added instead of the usual feta or parm

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1 oz. goat cheese
    1 trader joe's sweet apple chicken sausage
    3 fresh mushrooms

Directions

put egg and egg beaters into small fry pan. chop up sausage and mushrooms and add those in. sprinkle on goat cheese on top, while mix is heating up. turn when side 1 is done, and keep an eye on it, until it is cooked thoroughly.
