Ingredients

GV Bran Flakes Cereal, 3 cup
Splenda, 1 cup
GV Original Liquid Eggs, 1/2 cup
HEB Buttermilk, lowfat, 2 cup
King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour, 2 1/4 cup
GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein (Vanilla); 2 scoops
GV Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup
GV Dried Cranberries, 1 cup
Salt, 1 tsp
Baking Soda, 2 1/2 tsp
Boiling Water, 1 cup
Directions
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-Pour 1 cup of bran cereal in a bowl
-Pour boiling water over the 1 cup of bran cereal and let stand
-Mix remainder of bran cereal with applesauce, splenda, liquid eggs, and buttermilk
-In a seperate bowl sift whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and why protein
-Combine all the ingredients listed above
-Add the dried cranberries and mix them into the batter
-Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes
Batter can keep in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks. You will have to stir the batter because it will look dark on the top when it has been sitting in the refrigerator.
