Ingredients

    1 can pumpkin puree, 15 oz can
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1 cup water
    1 tbsp powdered sugar
    Canola oil cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet, 15x9x2 with canola oil cooking spray. Blend the cake mix, pumpkin, spices, and water in a large mixing bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, and then on high for 2 minutes. Spread in sprayed pan evenly. Bake for approx 35 minutes or until it bounces back when lightly touched. Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Cut into 32 slices. Each serving is 2 slices.
