Introduction

Ingredients

1.5 cups Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained (or 2C fresh cooked)
4 eggs
1/2 t baking powder
3/4 C "cup for cup" sweetener, like fructose, splenda, xylitol or stevia
1/2 t almond extract
1/2 C copped walnuts
Directions
Heat Oven to 350
1. Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments, stirring beween each until nearly melted. Stir until final chips are melted.
2. Meanwhile, Place beans and eggs in a food processor or blender. Begin to blend, then add the rest of the ingredients, one at a time, with the blender running. Add the melted chocolate and nuts last.
3. Spray a 12-cell muffin cup with non stick spray, then divide the batter evenly.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Cool 10-15 minutes before turning out of pan.
