Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup olive oil
    2.5 tbsp raspberry jam
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    2 tsp dijon
    salt
    pepper
    water to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a small blender/processor and serve.

Serving Size: Makes approx 10 1-tbsp servings

    This is one of my favorites. I make this with a little variation; Smucker's sugar-free raspberry preserves; mustard powder, red vinegar a little orange extract. The orange extract provides the similar citrus taste that's in Wendy's Pomegrante salad dressing - 8/11/11
