Introduction

In the summer mood, nothing like cooking kabobs on the grill! In the summer mood, nothing like cooking kabobs on the grill!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    About a pound of raw shrimp, devained, tail on un-cooked (34 shrimp)
    Cooking Spray
    Juice of 1 lime
    2 tsp of garlic minced
    Dash of Black Pepper
    Dash of Cayenne Pepper
    1 Tbsp. of Parsley

Directions

Spray shrimp with cooking spray and then follow below:

In a plastic bag or bowl, marinate the shrimp with all the ingredients. Place in the fridge for at least an hour up to 4 hours or so.

Place the shrimp on a skewer and place on a hot grill. Cook for about 3 minutes per side. Watch the shrimp, when they turn pink, there done!

Serve with some rice or a fruit and vegetable kabob or a side of chicken or all of the above! Enjoy!!!
