Ingredients

    5 oz turbot fillet
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 tbsp fresh minced parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, and parsley. Place fish in an ovenproof dish and top with the lemon sauce. Bake for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
