Ingredients
-
5oz canned tuna
1 potato
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup flour
Directions
1. Peel and chop potato into big chunks. Boil until soft and mash.
2. In a small bowl, mix the egg and milk. Once the mashed potatoes are cool, add the egg/milk mixture along with the tuna.
3. Add your seasonings (I used salt, pepper, parsley, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.). Then add the flour and combine.
4. Form a ball of the mixture into a ball about the size of a ping pong ball and flatten to form a patty.
5. In a frying pan with some olive oil to medium heat, fry the patties about 2-3 minutes on each side. After cooking, let cool on a paper towel.
6. Serve with sweet chili sauce or any sauce of your choice!
You can also freeze the patties before or after cooking!
