Introduction

I found this recipe from the Incredible Edible Egg Facebook page and then modified it to make it healthier. I found this recipe from the Incredible Edible Egg Facebook page and then modified it to make it healthier.

Ingredients

    11 large egg white, fresh, (that's how many I had)
    1/2 cup Skim Milk
    1/4 cup Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar
    1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
    1/4 t Sea Salt
    1/4 t Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix egg whites, skim milk, salt and pepper. Add diced pepper and cheese and mix together. Spray muffin tins and then put approximately 1/4 cup of mixture in each cup. Place in oven

Bake 20 - 25 minutes, or until done. My recipe made 9 frittatas. With the nutritional information so low, you could eat more then one. Also, can place in a freezer bag and freeze them, and then just pull a couple out and microwave for a quick breakfast.
