Ingredients

    Chicken Breasts, 1 pound
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/1 tsp dried thyme
    1/8 tsp salt
    18 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 c plain bread crumbs
    cooking spray

Directions

Preheat over to 400 degrees.

Mix together yogurt, paprika, thyme, salt, pepper and garlic in large bowl; mixx well; coat the chicken with mixture. (The chicken may be covered and refrigerated overnight or baked immediately).

Prepare a shallow baking dish with nonstick spray. sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken on both sides and place in baking dish.

Bake breasts for 25 minutes or until tender.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 4 oz. servings

    Incredible!
    I have been looking for a low-fat recipe for oven fried chicken forever. This was awesome ,however I did not include the yogurt which cut a few calories. used olive oil instead. - 10/27/13
