Ingredients

    16 oz Reduced Fat sour cream
    1 10 oz can Cream of Potato soup
    1 Cup 1% milk
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp white pepper
    2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2%
    1 cup good grated parmesan cheese
    2 lbs (4 cups) Ore Ida country style hash brown potatos

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 (or similar) casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until bubbling.
