Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 4
    Splenda sweetener, 3/4 cup
    Vanilla Essence, 1/2 tsp
    Margarine or butter 1/3 cup (melted)
    All-purpose flour 1.5 cups
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Walnuts, chopped 1/3
    Salt, 1 pinch

Directions

Serving Size: 12

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Mash bananas, add sweetener (sugar) and vanilla, mix. Add melted margarine. Mix dry ingredients with wet, do not over beat.

Place mixture into prepared muffin cups and cook at 375 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.

Cool on rack. Store in airtight container.
