Ingredients

    1 Graham cracker crust
    3 packages (8 oz) of fat free cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup red fat sour cream

Directions

**Please note cheesecake should be made 1 day in advance**

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla.
Add sour cream and mix well.
Pour mixture into crust and bake at 325 degrees for ~50 minutes (until cheesecake is set).
Turn oven off and cool cheesecake in over with door ajar for 3 hrs.
**Refrigerate overnight.
