Number of Servings: 12


    Bob's Red Mill Quinoa Flour, 2 cup
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Canola Mayonnaise, Spectrum Naturals, 8 tbsp
    Hemp Milk, Living Harvest, Unsweetened Original, 1 cup
    Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese, grated, 4 oz
    Beeler's Sausage, 1 tube, browned and drained


Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix dry ingredients, then make a well in the center. Blend together eggs, mayo, and milk and mix into dry ingredients. Stir in cheese and sausage. Pour mixture by even amounts into 12 muffin cups, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
