Ingredients

*Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables, 2 cup
*Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup
*Boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins 1lb
*Water chestnuts , 0.5 cup slices
*Sliced Pineapple 0.5 cup
*Garlic 2 cloves minced
*olive oil light 1 Tablespoon
*kens steakhouse honey teriyaki marinade & sauce, 10 tbsp
Directions
In one pan heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the frozen mixed stir fry vegetables. (I used Hannafords frozen mix of green, yellow and red peppers and onions) Add the water chestnuts and snow peas until tender.
Chop chicken tenderloins into bite size pieces and add the 2 cloves of the minced garlic until cooked throughly.
Combine the vegetables to the chicken and add 10 tablespoons of the honey teriyaki sauce and pineapple and let simmer for about 10 min.
Let Cool down and serve over rice. Awesome!
