Ingredients

    Hard Boiled Egg, 10 large
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 8 tbsp
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Churn Style (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving
    Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp or 1 packet
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp

Directions

Cop eggs and mix with other ingredients. Serve with bread.


Serving Size: I use 1/2 cup for each sandwich or 1/4 cup to have two. I like to eat it on one piece of bread or two.
