Ingredients

    * Cod (fish), 19.36 oz
    * Yogurt, Faje, Total 0%, All Natural Nonfat Greek Yogurt, ..., 0.25 cup
    * Lemons, 0.5 fruit without seeds
    * Turmeric, ground, 0.5 tbsp
    * Curry powder, 0.5 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 4 oz
    * Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    * Salt, 0.5 tsp
    * Garlic, 0.5 tsp

Directions

1. Mix all and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
