Ingredients

Leftover roasted chicken and roasted vegetables make a delicious soup.

Directions

Boil the carcass of a leftover roasted chicken until the meat falls off the bones, add cut up leftover roasted vegetables, add chicken boullion paste and additional water . Shred the leftover chicken with your fingers and drop into soup. Mix 1/4 cup flour with cold water until lumps disappear and stir into soup. Add about one small handful of egg noodles (be careful not to add too many because they really swell up). Cook until egg noodles are done and serve. Very filling and the flour gives the soup a good mouth feel.
