    whole wheat flour
    bak powder
    bak soda
    maple syrup
    crisco shortening


mix shortening and liquid ingredients in bowl
add bananas
add flour, salt, bak. powder & soda
Beat till mixed
pour into greased and floured bread pan
Bake at 350 for 45 min or until center is cooked.
