Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 beef sausages
    2 medium onions
    1 cup of your favourite gravy
    oil for frying
    curry powder to taste
    water

Directions

1/ Roughly chop the onions (you want it chunky not diced).
2/ Using food scissors, cut the sausages in bite sized pieces.
3/ Heat oil in a pan or wok.
4/ Fry sausages, stirring regularly, until completely cooked.
5/ Add onion and contine cooking.
6/ Allow to simmer for a minute or two while you prepare your gravy.
7/ Add gravy and stir through.
8/ Alternate small amounts of curry powder and water until you reach your desired heat and consistency.
9/ Serve over your favourite rice.

Serving Size: Makes 6 equal serves (around 1-1.5 cups)
